People kept going OUT OF OFFICE for good coffee. So we brought a better option inside.
An upgrade to workspace coffee that fits into workdays.
Not a café. Not an F&B vendor.
We are closer to a small coffee counter inside a workspace than a cafeteria or food vendor.
-
Barista coffee, not pantry coffee
Enjoy a cup of coffee prepared with gourmet coffee beans by the in-house Barista along with simple, work-friendly snacks.
-
Zero disruption to the workspace
A small, fast, grab-and-go coffee and snack setup designed to blend into the workday.
-
Pilot-based setup that's easy to try
Try it through a short pilot, review real usage, and roll it back easily if it doesn’t add value.
It started with a simple observation....
We grew out of spending long workdays in coworking spaces and offices, where coffee was always available, but rarely good enough for everyone.
Instead of building another café, we focused on creating a simple, dependable coffee amenity.
We are closer to a small coffee counter inside a workspace than a cafeteria or food vendor
paired with a few quick snacks that fit naturally into work environments.
FAQ's
Is this vending or machine coffee?
No.
Our coffee is prepared fresh by a trained barista, using proper brewing equipment.
There is no instant or vending-style coffee involved.
Is this a café inside the workspace?
No.
While the coffee is barista-prepared, the setup is intentionally not a café:
No seating, No long menus, No lingering.
It’s designed for quick, grab-and-go use during the workday.
We already provide free coffee. Why would members pay?
Free coffee should stay.
This setup exists for members who occasionally want fresh, barista-made coffee without leaving the building.
It complements the pantry rather than competing with it.
How much space does the setup need?
Typically 50–60 sq ft.
In a visible, high-movement area.
Who manages the baristas and daily operations?
We do.
Baristas, training, quality, hygiene, inventory, and daily operations are fully managed by us. The workspace team doesn’t need to manage staff or service quality.
What is the commercial model?
We startwith a short pilot (around 30 days) on a revenue-share basis.
Members pay us directly for their coffee.
The workspace earns a percentage of the revenue generated.
There is no fixed rent during the pilot phase.
Is there a lock-in?
No.
We typically start with a short pilot (around 30 days).
If members use it and it adds value, we continue.
If not, the setup can be removed easily.
What happens if the pilot doesn’t work?
Then it stops.
The pilot is designed to generate real usage data.
If it doesn’t meaningfully improve the experience, there’s no obligation to continue.
What’s the next step?
A short conversation to see if this fits your space.
If it makes sense, we run a pilot and decide based on real usage.
